Aryan Khan's NCB Custody Extended:- Bollywood top actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan is arrested in a drugs case from a cruise in Mumbai. Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha are produced before a holiday court last night and were granted for NCB Custody for a day. The bail plea came for hearing today and the Esplanade Court extended their custody till October 7th. Aryan Khan's mother Gauri Khan attended the court during the hearing. The court said that the investigation is quite important and it is useful for the prosecution along with the accused to prove their innocence. Aryan Khan along with Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha are taken back to the office of the NCB after the court's hearing.
NCB Chief Sameer Wankhede told the court that 6 gm of charas was found in the shoes of Arbaaz Merchant and 5 gm from Munmun Dhamecha. The NCB said that the chats of the arrested are traced through which they will come to a final conclusion about the purchase and the usage of drugs. Aryan Khan's lawyer argued that the NCB officials did not recover or seize any drugs from Aryan Khan and he said that the WhatsApp chats are downloaded. Aryan Khan said that he never consumed drugs. There are talks that he broke out during the investigation of the NCB officials yesterday. Aryan Khan studied abroad and he returned back to the country recently.
