Is YSRCP Joining NDA Soon?:- Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy is in New Delhi and is meeting various crucial leaders of BJP. He met the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and discussed about various pending issues along with the abolition of the Legislative council and three capital proposals. He met Union Home Minister Amit Shah and requested him to abolish the Legislative Council of Andhra Pradesh after YS Jagan felt that it turned out to be a hurdle for the government of Andhra Pradesh. He extended his Delhi tour and will continue to meet BJP leaders today.
From the past couple of days, there are strong speculations that YSRCP will soon join NDA alliance. There are talks that YSRCP will join NDA alliance before the second phase of budget sessions in the Parliament house that would commence from the mid of March. Botsa Satyanarayana, the Municipal Minister made some crucial comments hinting that YSRCP would ink an alliance with BJP and NDA. "If there is a need, we will join NDA. We are ready to go to any extent for the development of Andhra Pradesh" said Botsa. There are also talks that BJP is in plans to offer three cabinet berths for YSRCP soon after the party joins NDA.
