TRS Turns Close To BJP After TDP Tussle:- TDP joined hands with BJP and contested together in 2014 elections. With BJP ignoring the state in granting Special Status Category status, TDP walked out of the alliance and has been protesting against the Centre. AP Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu made several harsh statements on Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and he revealed the past videos which showcased Modi's promises made before the elections. In this process, the gap between TDP and BJP increased over these months.
Things are completely different with BJP and TRS. Telangana Government has been meeting BJP leaders and KCR, KTR met Narendra Modi several times. They discussed about the pending issues to be resolved and got several grants. Though KCR reveals that they don't need anyone's support to win 2019 elections in the state, there are talks that BJP may join hands with the leading party in the upcoming elections. With no strength from opposition and BJP vanished, the national party wishes to stay connected with TRS.
