Finally: CBI Files Three Cases In Unnao Rape Case:- Uttar Pradesh BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar has been facing allegations in rape case and the UP Government stayed calm after which protests triggered across the state. A case has been registered against Kuldeep Singh Sengar but he has not been arrested. The case has been transferred to CBI finally after pressure mounted up. Now three cases has been registered against Kuldeep Singh Sengar. The UP Government told Allahabad High Court that they could not trace out any solid evidence because of which Kuldeep Singh Sengar was not taken into custody.

Now CBI registered three cases on Kuldeep Singh Sengar and he has been taken into custody and an investigation is on. Kuldeep Singh Sengar and his brother have been booked. The rape victim attempted suicide outside UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's residence which created a sensation. In a shocking move, the victim's father died in judicial custody with several injuries on his body. UP Government has been facing the heat and even several BJP MLAs protested against Kuldeep Singh Sengar after which a CBI probe has been initiated.
