About 120 passengers were stranded at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport on Wednesday. The Air India flight to Kolkata failed to take off due to some technical issues. The passengers started to protest as the delay got prolonged. The flight finally took off 5 hours after the scheduled time.
Air India staff said “there was a technical problem in the aircraft. Safety of passengers is a top most priority and the flight could not take off until the technical problem was fixed, the staff added saying that the flight has finally departed.”
