Achampet MLA from TRS party, Guvvala Balaraju slapped Makthal Congress MLA Chittem Ramamohan Reddy yesterday which has gone viral since then.
Be it a common man, a leader or anyone, the rivalry about the caste, is always the same. The same thing is proved in either party MLAs on Friday.
Ramamohan Reddy tried to push back Balaraju in a cast conflict and the latter who lost his patience, hit the former directly on the slap.
Currently, Balaraju is demanding an SC, ST atrocity case be booked against Ramamohan Reddy for allegedly using casteist and abusive language and attacking him. On the other hand, Ramamohan Reddy demanded the arrest of Balaraju in public. Regarding this, both the MLAs even lodged complaints in the police station.
Not stopping there, the Congress leaders took the issue more seriously and called for the complete Mahabubnagar district bandh today. The buses are left in the depots itself and the public are being suffered and are forced to travel in the private vehicles, which is costing more.
Why should the common public suffer, who is nowhere related to the incident, when two leaders fight on the road, who are supposed to serve the people.
Meanwhile, the zilla parishad meeting chaired by Mr Bandari Bhaskar began on a heated note with the Opposition Congress, TD and others demanding that the district be declared drought-hit in view of acute shortage of water of drinking water, withering crops, lack of fodder for cattle.
“The irrigation projects should be speeded up and the Palamuru scheme should be implemented,” the oppositions demanded. In the meeting, Industries minister Jupally Krishna Rao and health minister Dr C. Laxma Reddy busted on the opposition parties for criticizing Telangana Chief Minister KCR about his activities in the state.
Adding to this, D.K, Congress MLA said, “TRS is threatening to kill the Congress MLAs, if they refused to join in their party. If still no action is taken against the TRS MLAs, Congress leaders will directly attack the CM camp office.”
