As a part of the 21-day Monsoon Session, today the session is postponed as the oppositions objected to discuss other issues except the issues against the four top BJP leaders.  
 
According to the report, the following situations made the session to postpone.

Prime Minister Modi said that, the government is ready to discuss all issues if the opposition parties cooperate in ensuring the new parliament session to discuss about productive issues.

On the other hand, the oppositions strongly demanded the investigation against Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj and Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhra Raje for extending favors to Lalit Modi.

Along with this, the oppositions demanded the discussions in the parliament session itself, about all the scams and charges on various BJP leaders.

Reacting to the issue, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu said, "There is no question of accepting an ultimatum from anybody; nobody can dictate (terms) to Parliament."

Education Minister Smriti Irani, who has been accused of stating the false details of her college degree, and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, who was alleged to be bribed for providing the employment are also a part of the list.
 
Those leaders resigned when they are found guilty - Azad, said in Parliament session   
Ghulam Nabi Azad, Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha, said, for the smooth functioning of Parliament, the resignations are a must.

Azad remembered about the Railways Minister, Pawan Kumar Bansal, and the then Maharashtra Chief Minister, Ashok Chavan, had resigned after allegations were leveled against them, implying that, it will be better if even BJP leaders do the same. He termed the BJP government as “thick skinned” after it rejected the demand of the Congress party.   

This fight between the leading party and oppositions continued in the parliament sessions. Though PM Modi said that, the parliament sessions should be used productively, oppositions are not in a position to discuss about it. Due to this situation, the sessions in Loksabha are postponed to tomorrow.
