Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Singapore minister jointly announced about the Amaravathi seed capital master plan details.

Speaking to the media, Naidu said that, the Amaravathi seed capital master plan will cover 4176 acres of land and the Seed capital development will be done in five stages and is divided into four departments. Gateway, Down-town. Government core and Water-front are the four types of departments.  

“There would be environmental zones for every 25 kilometres, so that it would also help in spreading awareness among the public,” Naidu added.

High preference for entertainment in Amaravathi Seed capital master plan

"40% of the seed capital plan is about constructing the parks and other entertainment centers. By 2035 11 million of the population would be able to stay in the capital region conveniently."  

"It is a prestigious plan, which is going to have an influence over Andhra Pradesh state till its existence. The state would foresee a drastic development in the state in the coming years. Without compromising on the quality, the TDP government is ready to give the best output to Andhra Pradesh”, Naidu said and also said that he is taking this initiative as a challenge and expressed his confidence in fulfilling the task.
