“By the end of the year, every house in AP will be assured with a phone and internet for Rs.100”, AP CM declares.

It is known that, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is currently participating in ‘Janmabhoomi - Ma Ooru’ programme. Regarding this, speaking to a public meeting at East Godavari district, Gollaprolu Mandal, Chebrolu and also at the West Godavari district, Tanuku Mandal, Velpuru, CM assured that, by the December, every house will be assured with a phone and internet, where the cost of it, would be around Rs.100 to Rs.150. He even said that the internet speed would be around 10 MBPS to 15 MBPS (Mega Bits Per Second).

Central government assured support

The TDP government is spending Rs.200 crores on the project, keeping the long term benefits in mind, the underground cables are being laid with Rs. 5000 crores, with the support of the Central government, the CM said.   
 
Through the fiber connectivity, many facilities like TV, Internet, Phone can be availed by every resident of the house. In the next one or two days, the wine policy would be introduced, CM further said.
 
How is ‘Heritage’? 

Speaking about his ‘Heritage’ company, Naidu said that, he had established the company, 25 years ago and his wife is holding the management responsibilities of the company, today it is able to make a turnover of Rs. 2100 crores, I believe that my sisters of the state have more intelligence than my wife and can progress soon, as the way she did.
