Later Venkaiah Naidu, the central minister said that media is considered as the fourth pillar in the democratic country. The minister who participated in the program said that media is only giving importance to the controversies that are arising in the houses of the parliament but not the actual public issues.

He concluded reminding all his relation with Vishakhapatnam, he said that he was arrested under a case and was put here in the jail and that made him inspire and come into the politics. This was in fact a shock to the many Vishakhapatnam residents who attended the program.

Finally Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said that if media supports the government properly, then eradication of poverty in the state is not a big deal for him. He said that media has the power to influence society and pleaded not to waste that power concentrating on the controversies among the politicians and asked to support the government for the welfare of the society.
