Its been two days the election results were announced and still there is no clarity in the BJP on whom to team up for the formation of government. Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray called upon Amit Shah and Narendra Modi yesterday and demanded 21 ministerial posts and deputy CM too. However, being the largest single party, BJP rejected this proposal.
BJP is likely to allot only 14 ministerial posts to Shiv Sena while the party is also busy wooing the independently elected candidates. A top BJP leader said there are also considering the outside support of Nationalist Congress party but the BJP is hesitating with the anti-NCP. In case if Shiv Sena demands more minister posts, then without option BJP will take outside support of NCP.
RSS has left the decision to BJP whether to take support of NCP or not but it is favor of Shiv Sena. Rajnath Singh and BJP general secretary will fly to Mumbai to see the situation shortly and it might take some time to form government in Maharashtra.
