BJP sarkar completes one month

Bharatiya Janata Party led NDA government has completed one month in the office with today. On May 26th, Narendra Modi sworn-in as the 15th Prime Minister of the nation after getting a clear mandate to form government in the elections.

This one month shows a mixed progress report of NDA government. With the increase of Railway fares, Modi government faced the heat of oppositions and public but it has defended its decision and threw the blame on Congress led UPA government. Then comes the Iraq situation where about 40 Indians are abducted and the Foreign Ministry is doing everything to ensure safety of Indians. However, with Law and Order out of control in Iraq, the situation is getting worse every day. This will also have affect on the crude oil prices which will lead to rise of prices of commodities.

The Monsoon is the most concerning thing for the present government. Till date, not even normal rainfall got registered across the country and farmers are really scared if this situation continues. Government has stepped in action and imposed doubled taxes on imports. Nonetheless, if the below rainfall is reported then the government will have to prepare a drought budget.

Like the above, there are many small issues bothering the government and let us see how Modi government tackles them.
