Telugu Desam chief Chandrababu Naidu has been elected as Legislature Party leaders by the party MLAs yesterday in Tirupathi. KE Krishnamurthy proposed Chandrababu's name while Sujana Choudary and Chinnappa strengthened it.

Chandrababu is all set to take oath as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh on June 8th and as promised he would be signing on farmers loan file first. This is main promise, TDP added in it election manifesto while the opposition parties claimed it as a false promise.

As the Andhra Pradesh is divided, the residuary state is budget deficit and Chandrababu has pinned all hopes on the Central government. In Telangana, TRS too promised the scrapping of farmers loan, however CM KCR yesterday stated that loan of previous year will be completely cleared and said many conditions would apply. TDP which heard the TRS government's proposal is heard to follow the same conditions too.

Chandrababu has asked Chief Secretary and Financial advisor CS Rao to prepare a road map for it.  The report is expected to get ready in a week, Chandrababu will be addressing it within a week after taking oath as CM.
