Narendra Modi will be swearing as India's 14th Prime Minister on 26th of this month. The NDA delegation met President Pranab Mukherjee and handed him the resolution of NDA which has elected Narendra Modi as the Prime Minister. Veteran BJP leader LK Advani led the delegation of NDA.

Rashtrapati Bhawan forecourt is being readied for the swearing ceremony although BJP did not confirm any venue. Leaving no chance the Rashtrapati Bhawan is also keeping the Durbar Hall ready which has only 500 seating capacity. However it is more suitable given the security considerations.

The forecourt can accommodate 3000 guests but security will be a concern. Modi being in the Z plus category of security, the officials are making tight arrangements.
