Search expands to Indian ocean for missing aircraft

The search for the missing Malaysian Airlines has expanded towards Indian Ocean on Friday as the US authorities have reported that the Boeing 777 sent automated electronic messages to satellites several hours after it disappeared from civilian radar last Saturday.

However the authorities are not sure whether the aircraft was in air or not while the messages were sent and also can the messages provide the planes location or not.

The Malaysian Airlines authorities are also tight lipped about passing any sort of information as the speculations in the media are going viral.

The aircraft's disappearance has become one of the most puzzling cases in modern aviation history.
