As the deliberations and taking views from all the leaders from all political parties, and JAC's are over, the Group of Ministers are making a draft Bill of State Bifurcation ready for its submission to the Parliament.

Union Minister Jairam Ramesh is also consulting the higher officials in the Home Ministry. The Draft Bill will be made ready by 11.30 on Thursday.

The fast pace at which the Government is moving towards the State bifurcation is making the people of the State to mentally prepare for it though some of the political leaders are still stating that the State bifurcation will stop because of Article 371D and as it has to come Assembly where it will be defeated.

Right since the decision of CWC announced, the Congress leaders at the Center are sticking to their point that the decision will not be withdrawn but deliberations are only aimed at making the right procedure to follow and points to be included in the Bill.
