Thousands people thronged to attend Samaikya Sankharavam organized by the YSR Congress Party to keep the State united.  Still supporters of YSRCP are coming into Hyderabad.

Many supporters are waiting outside the stadium.  Police have taken precaution that no problems come from Nizam College as it happened in the case of Save Andhra program conducted by APNGOs.

Police have stopped students coming out as rally from Osmania University to stop Samaikya Sankharavam in LB Stadium.

As far as security arrangements are concerned, the city police deployed 1,800 policemen, 34 platoons of Andhra Pradesh Special Police (APSP) and 16 companies of central paramilitary forces in and around the stadium to ensure peaceful conduct of the event.
