YSR could have been the permanent anti-dote to AP's ills

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh believes that had YSR been alive today, he could have saved both the Congress party and Andhra Pradesh from the Telangana crisis.

Had Rajasekhar Reddy been alive, he would have found permanent solution to the current predicament in the state, the PM told a YSRCP delegation  which met  him in Delhi today .

YSRCP MPs, MLAs and MLCs along with president YS Vijayamma met Manmohan Singh and President Pranabh Mukharjee to brief them on the current developments in the state in wake of bifurcation, and sought for equal rights for both the regions.

The national leaders view that the problems had  taken  enormous shape  because of lack of able political leadership in the state.

Both  enquired  about   the well-being of YSR  family  and Jagan.

' How  is the young  MP '  Pranab had quipped.

YSRCP memorandum submitted to Singh covered pertinent issues like “sharing of river waters, safety of employees and investors, capital city, sharing of revenue”.

PM office and the congress high command  feel  that   none of these issues  would have  mattered had YSR been alive and ruling.
