Former State Minister Shakara Rao who was removed from the ministry for his troublemaking to the party hits news regularly with something or other.  This time the trouble came from home.  Like DL Ravindra Reddy, Shankara Rao too is in the habit of passing a remark on his own party that makes an embarrassing situation for the Government.  

Shankara Rao's daughter in law Vamsi Priya filed a petition in the High Court complaining that she was harassed by her husband and father in law and her complaints were not taken seriously by the police in the past.  She mentioned in her complaint that her father in law 'managed' the police and her complaint was kept in the deep freezer by the police.  

The High Court of AP adjourned the hearing for 10 days and in the meanwhile sent notices to the DGP, CCS Women's PS, Shankara Rao and petitioner's hubby Shashank.
