The Assets of Ramky Pharma at Visakhapatnam attached by Enforcement Directorate on 8.1.2013 to the extent of Rs.143.74 crores in the case of YS Jagan's disproportionate assets, was found in order by the Enforcement Directorate Adjudicating Authority, Delhi.

The ED attached Ramky Pharma City's assets worth Rs.143.74 includes135.46 acres of Land, a deposit of 3.2 crores in mutual funds and Rs.10 crores in Jagati Publications.

Ramky allegedly benefited when YS Rajasekhara Reddy was the Chief Minister of the State as green belt was cut down at the Pharma City near Visakhapatnam that gave a direct benefit of Rs.133 crores.  The green belt area of 973 acres in the Pharma City was cut down to 59 acres and as quid pro quo Ramky invested 10 crores in Jagati Publications.

Before this ED attached the assets of Hetero Drugs worth Rs.51 crores in the same case of YS Jagan's money laundering.
