As the Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy is called by Delhi Congress High Command he is leaving at 4.15 pm for Delhi.  

Speculations are going on among the party leaders and people interested in politics that a great change is going to happen at the higher level.  

Recent summons to the Home Minister Sabita Indra Reddy and complaints of other party leaders on Kiran Kumar Reddy for his unilateral decisions on the Government Schemes and general political scenario in the State may form part in the discussions.

But recent visit of Raghuveera Reddy to Delhi to meet the AICC President Sonia Gandhi and his long discussion with her are making everyone connected to speculate that higher responsibilities may be kept on the shoulders of Raghuveera Reddy.  

It can be to remove Ministers Sabita Inda Reddy and Dharmana Prasada Rao who are facing charges by CBI.  They may get the same treatment as met by the Railway Minister and the Law Minister at Center.
