MIM legislator Akbaruddin Owaisi, who has been produced at Sangareddy court by Patancheru police today, was sent back to Adilabad jail after he was produced before the court. It has to be mentioned here that Akaburuddin Owaisi is currently at Adilabad district jail under judicial custody as an ordinary prisoner in connection with the alleged hate speech he gave in the last week of December.

While the court recently gave permission for Nirmal police to interrogate Akbar four days back, which was completed today, Akbaruddin again had to move to some other place (Sangareddy) as Sangareddy court issued prisoner in transit (PT) warrant to Patancheru police for his alleged derogatory remarks against the then district collector. Anyway, Akbaruddin is now back to Adilabad jail. There are several more cases against him and even OU police were trying for PT warrant in order to produce him before Nampally Criminal Court in Hyderabad.
