Congress senior leader Diwakar Reddy has said that it was Centre, which has to take a decision on Telangana and not the Congress party at the state level. Speaking about all all party meeting, Diwakar Reddy has said that he had no idea as to who would be representing Congress party in the all party meeting, which is going to take place on December 28. Further, the names of the candidates are likely to be ascertained by the end of the day.

After talking to chief minister Kiran Kumar for quite sometime, JC Diwakar Reddy spoke to the media. He has said that whatever the decision high command takes on Telangana issue, he would obey. Meanwhile, PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana, who has also reiterated the same has, however, said that he was not in favour of bifurcation.
