Left parties staged protest across the state against the problems of the common public. As a part of the same, the activists tried to lay siege to the district collectorates in the state. When CPM state secretary B V Raghavulu staged a protest in front of collector's office in Hyderabad, the police plunged into the action and took him into their custody.
