Telangana Joint Action Committee chairman Prof Kodandaram has paid tributes to father of the nation, Mahatma Gandhi today at Bapughat today. Later, he staged a silent protest there as proposed earlier. His silent protest is scheduled to conclude at 1 pm. The reports indicated that Prof Kodandaram took out this protest as a sign to condemn the highhandedness of the police in Telangana march, which took place on Sunday.
