The Telangana Joint Action Committee chairman Prof Kodandaram has said that the proposed Telangana march in Hyderabad on September 30 cannot be obstructed by arresting the people. He has also said that the chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy, who was unable to give a clarity on Telangana, asked JAC to postpone the Telangana march. He even said that the government was allegedly acting insensitively towards the issue by not taking any stand. Also, he said the society would become uncivilized in case Telangana state would not be obtained.
It may be noted that political JAC called for a march in Hyderabad in support of Telangana state on September 30. The same day, Osmania University JAC also called for a march.
