Communist Party of India-Marxist today expressed that fair trials in the Jagan disproportionate assets case cannot be expected. In a way ascertained the lack of confidence in CBI trials. The State Secretary Raghavulu said that he disbelieved the CBI trials on the YSR Congress Chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy. CBI is conducting a query on the Kadapa MP at Hyderabad since the last three days.
The Left leader spoke to media on a visit to Nalgonda and said that those Ministers involved in the issuance of the 26 controversial Government orders must also be questioned. It may be noted that during the former Chief Minister late YS Rajashekar Reddy era some discrepancies were noted by the CBI.
