The Central Bureau of Investigation, which probing Kadapa MP Jaganmohan Reddy’s illegal assets case, has taken Nimmagadda Prasad alias Matrix Prasad into their custody on the second day today.  Nimmagadda Prasad has been shifted from Chanchalguda jail to Dilkush Guest House for interrogation.

It may be recalled that Nimmagadda Prasad was arrested on Tuesday by the CBI for alleged quid pro investment in the companies that belonged to YS Jaganmohan Reddy. Meanwhile, the Nimmagadda Prasad on Thursday moved petition seeking the court that he be identified as a special category prisoner. He hearing on these petitions has been deferred to May 21.   (Phani)
