The main opposition party in the state Telugu Desam Party, which had recently lashed out at PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana on his alleged irregularities in liquor sales, has come up with interesting allegations on Monday. The party has found fault with Botsa for his alleged investments in movies that are being produced by a junior actor-turned-producer Bandla Ganesh. The question they raised was how could a junior artiste produce flicks casting top heroes with big budgets despite series of flops.
TDP cited giant producers Ramanaidu and Ashwini Dutt to make a point. The party leaders said that even Ramanaidu and Ashwini Dutt were in hibernation when their flicks bombed at box offices. Nonetheless, a junior artiste is successful in making continuous high budget films even after they received poor response from the public.
Telugu Desam leader Varla Ramaiah has alleged that Bandla Ganesh was a binamee of Botsa Satyanarayana and Botsa allegedly used Ganesh for purchasing 2700 acres of assigned lands in Hyderabad. The party leader has also accused Bandla Ganesh for threatening film personalities by allegedly using Botsa Satyanarayana’s name.
He has also said that a film financier was threatened by Ganesh after the former demanded the latter to give away his one crore rupees investment. But, the police didn’t register a case and all this because he was supported by Botsa, he added. Further, he said Bothsa became the kind of benami politics.
I’m no binami, but just a fan:
The producer of the much awaited flick of power star, Gabbar Singh, Bandla Ganesh has cleared the allegations that are in the air against his investments. Ganesh has stressed that he was not a binami to anyone but just a fan of Botsa Satyanarayana.
Elucidating more on his money, Bandla Ganesh has said that he had procured huge amounts of money from the real estate and poultry businesses.
