Hurdles to Cong: Venkaiah Naidu

The BJP senior leader Venkaiah Naidu has said that Delhi civil polls’ results stand as shining example to show that the name and fame of the Congress is diminishing and that the party is going to face hurdles.  What else is needed to prove that things are completely going against the Congress, he added.

Hailing the poll results, Venkaiah Naidu has said that despite rebel candidates contesting from several places, BJP came out with flying colours.

He has also exuded confidence that the same result would be expected in 2014 elections. He has said that people gave their verdict against the Congress in the recently concluded Delhi civil polls.

Stating where things went wrong for Congress, Venkaiah Naidu has said that the situation would have not been this worse had the Congress timely expelled the corrupted leaders out of the party.  He has also said that Congress was defeated due to increase in the prices of essential commodities besides the high-level corruption among the leaders. The Congress is incapable of running an allied government, he said.

It may be noted that the Congress lost in several places in Delhi civic polls.

Do you think current results in Delhi really indicate that Congress is losing its charm? May be yes or else Anna Hazare’s fight against corruption would have not received such a great response. People are apparently fed up with the high-level corruption and essential commodities price. Since there’s no other alternative to the UPA, NDA is most likely to come to power in next elections.
