Karnataka Minister Lakshman Sowdi was caught looking into sex pictures on his mobile in the assembly today.

While the entire assembly was debating on issues concerning the state, the minister was seen looking into the obscene pictures on his mobile screen and enjoying the moments freely.

Unfortunately for him, media persons caught him and when tried to seek his reaction on his objectionable act in the assembly, the minister avoided the journalists and slipped out of the place in a hurry. (JUBS)
