The APPSC has filed a petition in the state high court today seeking cancellation of the AP Administrative Tribunal’s order suspending the Group -1 interviews.
The state recruiting agency said in its petition that the AP Administrative Tribunal suspended the interviews without going into the merits and demerits of the case and requested the high court to permit it to conduct the interviews and finish the recruitment process.
The administrative tribunal suspended the interviews after hearing some petitions filed by failed candidates who argued that there are mistakes in translation of English questions. (JUBS)
