YSR Congress leader Ms Y.S. Vijayalakshmi, had filed a petition to initiate a probe against TDP chief, Mr N. Chandrababu Naidu based on the same facts that her husband had unsuccessfully used to get orders from the courts.

Mr.Naidu further clarified that the allegation of the petitioner that he owned a hotel building in Singapore through a private discretionary trust was a fabricated lie. He also added that during his tenure as chief minister, he had never given any undue benefits to any individuals including the other respondents in the petition.

Ms Vijayalakshmi had named the wife and son of Mr Naidu, Ch. Ramoji Rao, MP Nama Nageswara Rao, IMG Bharatha’s Mr Ahobala Rao alias Billy Rao, C.M. Ramesh of Rithwik Projects, Nagaraju Naidu, a distant relative of Mr Naidu and K.V. Rao of Kakinada Port and others as respondents.Mr Naidu said that the malafide intention of the petitioner was to obfuscate the on-going CBI probe against her son and Kadapa MP Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy and spread misinformation and that was why she did not mention the probes conducted earlier.
