The Praja Rajyam Party Chieftain K. Chiranjeevi left to Delhi today in the morning to meet the Congress Party President Sonia Gandhi.Though, party sources say that it is a casual visit of Mr. Chiranjeevi, to enquire about the leader’s health post her operation at the US. But onlookers feel something positive might take place. 

This is the first time that both the leaders are to meet after PRP merged with the Congress, in August. As earlier on a couple of occasions the PRP chief made vain visits to Delhi.

The visit gains importance post developments in the state about various issues and the regional Congress facing deep criticism from all quarters. Much is to be anticipated during the course of the day as the leaders culminate and discuss.
