The Bangalore wing of the IT department has filed a petition in the Hyderabad CBI court on Thursday seeking information of properties of YSR Congress party chief YS Jaganmohan reddy found during recent CBI raids.
The petition filed by the Bangalore IT deputy commissioner Mr M. Murali requested the court to provide them with the information found during the CBI raids on various properties of Jagan and the subsequent seizures made by the investigating agency. The special judge adjourned to Oct 24 hearing on the petition filed the IT officials.
It is now clear that Jagan has to cope up with investigation by three agencies with regard to his properties. Already CBI and the Enforcement Directorate are after him and now the IT people are also running after him.
The IT department wants to cross-check the list of assets with the I-T returns submitted Jagan during the previous years.
