The congress high command is likely to revive the state level core committee with in two weeks and mega star Chiranjeevi would also be inducted into it.

Party bosses in Delhi have waited all these days for the merger formalities of the PRP with the congress and with mega star and other leaders of the PRP joining the congress formally, the leadership is now determined to finish the task of reviving the core committee.

Sources said that Chief Minister Kirankumar Reddy, PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana, Deputy Chief minister Damodar Rajanarasimha and Union Minister and in-charge of the AP Congress affairs Mr Ghulam Nabi Azad will be its members along with Chiranjeevi.

The core committee would be entrusted with the responsibility of taking key decision at the state level. Such a committee was formed once in the state but it never met and discussed any issue. Rumours are rife that Chiranjeevi would get a key post in this all important committee.
