Pranab asks AP cong leaders to be united

Pranab asks AP cong leaders to be unitedEven as the scheduled meeting of the Telangana congress MPs with the Union Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee last night in Delhi was cancelled for reasons not known, Mukherjee was said to have advised the state congress leaders not to fight with each other on petty issues.

He asked them to co-operate with the chief minister Kirankumar reddy for the development of the state and the country as well.

Mukherjee passed this advice to the senior MLCs, Rudraraju Padmaraju, Paladugu Venkat Rao and former chairman of the state legislative council Chakrapani when they met him at his residence last night in Delhi.

“AP is very important to the country and you have to be very much united for the sake of the party and the state. Don’t fight among yourselves but extend support to the chief minister. If you have any problem come to us,” Pranab reportedly told them.
