With the TDP Telangana Forum unanimously recommending disciplinary action against the senior leader of the party Nagam Janardhan reddy today, stage is set for his expulsion from the party.

The Forum members met at the party headquarters this evening in Hyderabad and unanimously passed a resolution seeking his expulsion from the party for defying the party leadership and making damaging statements against the party president Chandrababu Naidu.

The Forum, which opined that the action against Nagam Janardhan reddy is long overdue, sent the resolution to the party president seeking immediate action against him.

The politburo of the TDP may meet Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning and take a decision on the expulsion of Nagam from the party. The meeting of the politburo is being delayed because of the absence of Chandrababu Naidu in Hyderabad.
