Srija, daughter of mega star and PRP chief Chiranjeevi, has reportedly refused the police offer for counseling to set right her conjugal life forcing police to register cases against her husband Sirish Bharadwaj and mother-in-law Surya Mangala.

As new facts are coming into circulation on her complaint to the police, the entire media today waited at the Mahila police station at Basheer Bagh in Hyderabad expecting police to arrest Sirish and his mother. But the police officials told media persons they would have to go through a detailed process before arresting them.

It is now revealed Srija told police that she had given all her jewellery to her husband after he had proposed to do business soon after the marriage. “Not having satisfied, he demanded more money and I gave him Rs.1.5 Cr through collections from my family members and relatives but he still did not do any business. He continued to demand more from me,” she said in her complaint.

Police said they tried to do some counseling to her and also to her husband but she had refused for the proposal. “After that, we registered the case,” police said.

Advantage for Sirish

Srija gave an interview to some TV channels recently, say a month ago, saying that her husband was a very good person and she would not find such a good person any where. Reports said that Sirish has decided to make use of these interviews to avoid arrest and question the veracity of her complaint.
