Payakaraopet MLA, Golla Babu Rao on Friday asserted that he regards himself as a Congress Party member.

Mr.Babu Rao’s arrival at the Congress Party ‘s district office in Visakhapatnam took everybody surprise considering his loyalty to the party’s breakaway leader Y S Jaganmohan Reddy.  In recent past, the Payakaraopet MLA has actively participated in all the agitational  programmes of Jagan. I have come here to discuss the problems relating to my constituency, said Mr.Babu Rao.

Known as a Jagan-follower, Babu Rao was spotted at the Congress Party’s office when both the leaders belonging to dysfunctional Praja Rajyam Party and the Congress Party joined together to hold talks in the backdrop of PRP’s recent merger with the Congress.
