HC orders case against Madhu Yashki

YashkiThe AP high court today ordered the police to register immediately a case against the Nizamabad congress MP Mr Madhu Yaskhi Gowd for reportedly filing false and forgery documents for getting visa to the USA.

“Register a case first and then submit a report to the court with in two weeks,” the highest court of the state ordered police. “Why didn’t you register the case till now?” the judges asked the police.

The court passed these orders on a petition filed by the congress leader Gone Prakash Rao owing allegiance to the YSR Congress party president YS Jaganmohan reddy. Gone alleged that Yashki went to USA on forged and false documents for practicing law there.

He also said Yashki filed forged and false papers even in case of his family members also to take them to the US.

Mr Gone filed the private complaint in a Nampally criminal court in 2009 but he approached the HC recently seeking immediate action on the case.
