As the election commission officials clarified that they have not given any notice asking the former Kadapa MP Mr YS Jaganmohan reddy not to unveil the party flag but only asked him not to violate election code during the unveiling programme, YS Vijayalakshmi, widow of the late YSR, today unveiled the flag of the YSR congress party at the YSR Samadhi at Idupulapaya in Kadapa district this afternoon.

The party flag is made up of blue, white and green colours in three parts with late YSR imprint stamped on the white portion of the flag.  The details of various welfare programmes implemented by the late YSR are also mentioned around the picture of the YSR on the party flag.

Jagan already intimated to the election commission that he would conduct this programme as a family affair and not as a party function as the election code of conduct was in force. But this programme was attended by some MLAs and big number of Jagan followers.
