Congress confusing people?

PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana has said that Congress party would give its decision on Telangana only after it takes the opinion of everyone. He has reminded that Telangana issue was a sensitive and Congress high command was observing the same carefully. To make a point, Botsa Satyanarayana said Congress party didn't give its decision on Telangana  at the all party meet, which took place on December 7, 2009.

The observers said that Botsa Satyanarayana reportedly made a controversial statement by stressing that Congress didn't give its decision on December 7, 2009. It was Centre, which made a statement on Telangana on December 9 and observers said it would be undoubtedly controversial to state that Congress didn't give its opinion on the issue as Congress was a part and parcel of the ruling UPA government and without it's information, a statement on December 9, 2009 would have not come. Anyway, Botsa said the Congress party in state urged the centre to postpone the date of all party meeting.

On the other hand, MP s from Telangana said they moved a step further by making centre announce all party meeting date. Minister Sridhar Babu exuded confidence that a historical statement would be made at all party meeting. The statements of PCC chief and those at in the high position in government from the same party are obviously contradictory, said observers. They questioned whether Congress was trying to confuse people in the state.

Whatever it might be, political leaders should try and cease contradictory talks on sensitive issues as people will be observing everything as they are the decision makers in democracy.
