Earlier, Actress Ameehsa Patel filed a case against her parents for grabbling all her earnings and property... of course, the case is solved as of now... but the actress this time has filed another case against her Uncles... Ameesha Patel has filed a case in the Pune Civil Court against her uncles Nalin Rajni Patel and Sunil Rajni Patel claiming her rights over a flat at Manali Apartments in Pune.

Ameesha claims the house to be on her name gifted by her grandmother Sushila Patel... but, Nalin and Sunil have another version of theirs...according to them, this property was gifted by their mother Sushila Patel on their name under the gift deed and Ameesha has nothing to do with the property... moreover, Ameesha has produced a false documents, forgery the signature of their Mother, as per both of them ka version...

However, the hearing of the case would be done on 13th this month.
