Saif Ali Khan's ladylove KareenaKapoor has finally spoken about her much-awaited marriage. A leading daily quoted Kareena confirming that she would get married to beau Saif at the end of 2012.

Kareena is currently very busy with her upcoming film Heroine. The couple has always made it a point to keep their marriage talks under wraps in order to focus more on Saif's home production Agent Vinod.
