Going by the latest reports, Tollywood Superstar, Mahesh Babu is in race with “Greek God of Bollywood” Hrithik Roshan for the Rs 1000 crore magnum opus Indian film, Mahabharata (Randamoozham in Malayalam).

Both the actors are racing for the role of Sri Krishna's character, in the epic movie. Age and glamour are definitely important factors, taken into consideration for the role of Sri Krishna. So, the two good looking men, Mahesh and Hrithik, are more than eligible and have the capability to deliver it off flawlessly. The film makers, are keen upon taking one of them, to begin the movie hype. The main objective of the makers is to make an International - level movie, and it is safe to include popular stars from different languages. From that point of view, it would definitely make sense to have Mahesh Babu from Tollywood, as he has proved to be worthwhile.

The historic film will be produced by an UAE-based businessman, BR Sherry. The movie will have Malayalam star, Mohanlal, enacting the role of Bheema. Many top names from all languages are making the rounds on the internet - like  Nagarjuna, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Shobana, Aishwarya Rai, Manju Warrior and others.

However, not much information about the project is revealed at this time.
