Mahesh Babu agreed to give voice-over for Krishna’s comeback film, Sri Sri.
Mahesh Babu himself is a Super Star and needless to say, that tag was adopted from his father, Krishna, who has been the Super Star and ruled Telugu cinema, with his daring and dashing roles like Alluri Seetharama Raju, James Bond etc.
He even boosted Mahesh, offering him roles, in his movies. With the several new entrants, Krishna had to step back and sitting on the back, started enjoying watching Mahesh emerging as the next Super star of Telugu cinema.
Krishna never announced retirement for cinema and continued to act in special appearance roles and many other side roles. He was last seen in ‘Sukumarudu’ movie in 2013 and now he is coming forward with another new movie called Sri Sri.
‘Sri Sri’ movie is being made, with Krishna in the lead again, after a long gap and excitingly, yesteryear heroine and Krishna’s wife, Vijaya Nirmala, is also playing a key role, along with her son and senior actor Naresh.
Krishna was involved in this movie shoot for quite some time and the makers tried to land Mahesh Babu, in a cameo role, to boost up the film. But instead Mahesh accepted to give voice-over for father’s comeback film.
Mahesh had earlier given voice-over to Pawan Kalyan’s Jalsa movie and even NTR’s Baadshah movie.
Senior director, Mupplalaneni Siva, who had an experience of directing many family entertainers like Raja, Sankranthi, is directing Sri Sri movie.
