Prabhas scored a huge blockbuster hit through Baahubali and even Srimanthudu was a blockbuster to Super Star Mahesh. So is 2015 going to end with just these two blockbusters?
Though many small films in the industry like Bale Bale Magadivoy, Raju Gari Gadhi secured a good success, it is well known that, movies like these, cannot compete with the star hero movies revenue. So, let us take, only big movies into the consideration for blockbuster analysis.
Pawan Kalyan’s Gopala Gopala was released in January and even termed as a super hit. But being a class movie, with no commercial elements and that too, Pawan has a limited role, Gopala Gopala could not collect huge revenue and so was out of blockbuster list.
Even Jr NTR’s Temper is expected to be the blockbuster. No doubt, Temper is a huge success, the reports were positive, the movie has more than enough commercial entertainers, NTR fans are thrilled by the success.
But what nobody, including the analysts, did not understand is, why did the movie could not even collect Rs. 50 crores, even though it was a super hit? A few opined that, NTR’s market came down, as he did not have a right success for quite some time. So even Temper is out of blockbuster count.
Coming to Son of Satyamurthy, as Trivikram, who earlier gave an industry hit like Attharintiki Daredi, is the director, the movie is expected to be a huge success. But unfortunately, Son of Satyamurthy received a divide talk and so could not be a blockbuster.
Same thing with Bruce Lee. Ram Charan was considered as a minimum guaranteed hit commercial hero. But unfortunately, even this identity was stolen by Bruce Lee movie.
Along with this, Balayya’s Lion, Raviteja’s kick 2 and Anushka historical high budgeted Rudramadevi movie, are expected to occupy places in Blockbusters list. But none could do that.
There is 1.5 month more for the end of 2015 and Raviteja’s Bengal Tiger movie is the only hope to get 3rd entry into the list. So it should be seen, whether Ravi does it or not.
