Bollywood director Milap Zaveri said that he spoke to someone who is with Nishikant Kamat in hospital and he did not pass away. He confirmed that Nishikant Kamat's health is critical. Nishikant Kamat is known for directing movies like Drishyam (Hindi), Force, Rocky Handsome, Mumbai Meri Jaan, Laal Bhaari, Dombivali Fast and other films. Nishikant Kamat was admitted in AIG Hospitals, Hyderabad on July 31st with jaundice and he was diagnosed with chronic liver disease. The hospital authorities issued a statement recently that he is on a ventilator and his health condition continues to be critical.
