Nag Locks December For Akhil:- King Nagarjuna revealed that he is completely focussed on the careers of his sons Naga Chaitanya and Akhil. As promised Naga Chaitanya’s recent outing Rarandoi Veduka Chuddam ended up as a decent money spinner at the box-office. However Akhil made a massive debut in the direction of VV Vinayak and his debut film Akhil ended up as a huge debacle. The movie left the actor in shock and he took over a year to finalize his second film. Nagarjuna and Akhil listened to various scripts and they have not been impressed with any of them.

However Nag and Akhil have been surprised by a script narrated by Vikram Kumar and signed the film on spot. Vikram Kumar even directed Akkineni multistarrer Manam and Nag had firm belief in him. The second film of Akhil is yet to be titled and it started rolling from the last week of April. The movie is said to be a stylish mass and family entertainer. The makers have been in hunt for the female lead and in this gap some stylish action episodes have been shot on Akhil. Two long schedules of the film have been wrapped up and finally Kalyani Priyadarshan has been finalized to play the female lead in the movie.

Kalyani happened to be the daughter of veteran director Priyadarshan and she worked as an assistant director for Vikram’s Inkokkadu. Nagarjuna happened to watch some of the episodes from the film and he revealed that he has been highly impressed with the film’s happenings. The movie has been announced to hit the screens on December 22nd and December happened to be the favourite month of Nagarjuna. Annapurna Studios is producing the film and the shoot of the movie will be wrapped up by the end of October informed makers. Akhil seems to be quite confident on the film and Ekkada Ekkada Undo Taraka and Junnu are the titles considered for the film. An official announcement will be made soon.
